For the traditional power supply design, the voltage regulation effect is not good, it is difficult to achieve the output of multi-channel wide voltage and high set resolution, the voltage value can only be adjusted by keys or knobs, and the voltage value can only be displayed at the current time, and multiple channels cannot be used in series or parallel combination, and the power supply voltage cannot be reflected. A multichannel isolated programmable digital power supply for bipolar proton transfer reaction mass spectrometry is designed in this paper. The power supply consists of eight channels and provides RS485 interface to implement MODBUS protocol. The channels are isolated from each other, and the single channel is modular. It can be used in parallel or in series according to the application scenario to realize the full range of 0-1000V voltage adjustment. The set value resolution reaches 0.1V, the setting accuracy reaches ±0.1%, the load adjustment rate reaches ±0.02%, the voltage and current are monitored in real time, and the overcurrent protection function is provided.
