摘要
As the most popular control strategy for motor drives, the superior performance of field-oriented control is related to the well-tuning of PI regulators. To simplify the conventional tuning method and improve design accuracy, an improved PI tuning scheme based on deadbeat predictive conception is proposed for PMSM drives in this paper. Firstly, several changes are made to the structure of field-oriented control, in which the PWM delay is compensated and the feedforward voltages are modified slightly. Secondly, the proportional coefficients of PI regulators in current loop and speed loop are determined for the first time by deadbeat current predictor and deadbeat speed predictor, respectively. Furthermore, the integral coefficients are designed according to the stability analysis and step response. Finally, an experimentally comparative study has verified that the proposed tuning method based on deadbeat predictive conception is more digestible, with higher design accuracy, lower torque ripple and faster dynamic performance than the conventional method.
