摘要
The rising number of Alzheimer's disease among the elderly population has significantly raised the awareness in the public health. The current treatment methods are costly and can be subjective in disease diagnosis due to the dependency on spe-cialists and specific medical settings. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a serious game theoretical framework by integrating virtual reality and large language model technologies for Alzheimer's disease assessment and intervention. The system integration of assessment using serious game settings can enable the measurements through digital output, potentially achieving equal or better results compared to traditional cognitive training while reducing limitations. The system can record and analyze patient behavior in detail, enabling precise disease assessment and effective rehabilitation interventions without the constant need for medical staff involvement. In addition to enhance the quality of patient care, the study includes an evaluation of test results, specifically the observed improvements in patients' cognitive abilities through technological means, offering insights into the progression of Alzheimer's disease.
