摘要
Introduction: This study aimed to understand how aspects of the territory's Culture of Movement are interconnected with the body practices/physical activities developed in the Family Health Strategy (ESF), focusing on user demands. Materials and methods: Using the fourth-generation framework and the hermeneutic-dialectic circle to collect information, seven participants in the bodily practices developed in the Family Health Strategy answered the guiding question individually. Results and discussion: By analyzing the speeches, we noted the relevance of body practices/physical activities that are in line with the local movement culture, including gymnastics, expressive and choreographed dances, games and plays associated with music that interconnects with body experiences and guarantees adherence by the subjects. Participants point to the group of body practices as essential for care and meeting health demands. However, it was not possible to identify any male participation in the group. Final considerations: The cultural elements pertinent to the territory, such as music and rhythmic activities, were significant for participation in the group of body practices. The absence of male participants draws attention to the public's engagement in the health promotion actions developed by the ESF, in particular, body practices/physical activity.
