Study on the Regularity of Tibetan Medicine in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris Based on Literature Data Mining.

Objective: Based on literature data mining, the prescription of Tibetan medicine for angina pectoris was systematically studied from the dimensions of drug frequency, drug combination and association rules, and the syndrome differentiation and medication rules of the disease were summarized. The purpose of this study is to inherit and carry forward the experience of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris and to provide literature basis and theoretical reference for improving the level of clinical treatment. Methods: The prescriptions of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris were analyzed by literature research and data mining technology. The literature of Tibetan medicine was collected and sorted out by the method of philology, and the selected prescriptions were summarized and standardized for data analysis. According to the results of data mining and professional knowledge, the syndrome differentiation and prescription medication rules were systematically summarized and discussed. Results: A total of 152 Tibetan medicine prescriptions for angina pectoris were collected, including 297 Tibetan medicines and 38 Tibetan medicines with frequency ≥ 16 drug combinations with frequency ≥ and 5 new prescriptions were obtained by association rule and cluster analysis. Conclusion: Tibetan medicine believes that the main cause of angina pectoris is the disorder of long, which is one of the three factors. In clinical treatment, it is important to calm the disorder of long and take care of blood at the same time.
