摘要
The parallel micro-hole texture was manufactured to tailor the bond coating interface morphology by a one-step process with the assistance of nanosecond pulsed laser technique. It is demonstrated that the interface stability of the laser -textured TBCs was improved through the evaluation of high-temperature isothermal oxidation under different durations and water-quenching thermal shock at 1050 celcius. The interfacial TGOs formed in the lasertextured TBCs were composed of the continuous alumina strip and grew more slowly compared to that of the as -sprayed TBCs during isothermal oxidation. In addition, as for the laser -textured TBCs, no transverse cracking was noticed along the TGOs interface and the alumina-only TGOs developed a thickness of approximately 1.4 mu m after thermal shock testing. The high surface density of micro holes on the bond coating interface enhanced the interfacial toughness and suppressed TGOs growth, which contributed to improving the TBCs durability.
