With the increasing environmental problems, many countries regard the carbon emission market as an important means of energy conservation and emission reduction, and the similar energy trading market is also playing a role. With the deepening of the coupling between the electricity market and the carbon market, the decision making behavior of market players has to consider the interaction between the three. In this context, it is of great practical significance to study the decision making behavior and equilibrium analysis of market players under the coupling of multiple markets. This paper focuses on the equilibrium game of users in the market, and proposes a bilevel optimization model of multiuser equilibrium game under the coupling of electricity market, carbon market and energy consuming right market. The upper layer of the model takes the maximum user income as the optimization goal, and the lower layer is the market clearing model. The model is transformed into a mathematical problem with equilibrium constraints (MPEC) by Karush Kuhn Tucker condition (KKT), and the equilibrium point is solved by diagonalization algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by the IEEE30 node system.
