State and municipal management: demographic, managerial and economic resources of Russian regions’ strategic development

The scientific publication consists of research materials prepared for implementing an additional professional educational programme - the professional retraining programme "Regional and municipal management in the Russian Federation regions (Krasnodarsky Krai)" granting qualification "Master of Public Administration (MPA)" in the Graduate School of Public Administration Lomonosov Moscow State University.
