摘要
Stage III-NSCLC is a highly heterogeneous disease. Therefore, the EORTC-Lung Cancer Group is conducting an initiative to establish a consensus definition of resectability in stage III-NSCLC. Within this initiative, the aim of this Clinical Case review was to define subgroups of cases based on T (tumor location, size and relation with thoracic structures) and N (lymph-node involvement) considered to be resectable.
