摘要
(Cell Metabolism 33, 160–173.e1–e6; January 5, 2021) Recently, the first author noticed some errors in this article. In the original version, the surface plasmon resonance results for KMT5A & GST and KMT5A & GST-CD147ICD-K234R in Figure S2E were incorrectly shown because the raw data were exported carelessly. In addition, in the figure legends for Figures 5D and S3G, the scale bar should be 100 μm. These errors have no impact on the main results or conclusions of the paper. The authors apologize for the errors and any inconvenience that may have resulted. Di-methylation of CD147-K234 Promotes the Progression of NSCLC by Enhancing Lactate ExportWang et al.Cell MetabolismJanuary 05, 2021In BriefWang et al. show that CD147 is di-methylated to CD147-K234me2 by the methyltransferase KMT5A. CD147-K234me2 enhances glycolysis and lactate export in non-small-cell lung cancer cells by enhancing the interaction between CD147 and MCT4, promoting cancer progression. Full-Text PDF Open Archive
