摘要
Some systems operate at low temperatures and high pressures, necessitating a high level of system stability. As a result, each component of the system must undergo low-temperature and high-pressure tests. Helium is one of the principal gases used to produce experimental conditions for high pressure experiments running at 20 K. A helium supply system is design to provide helium at 20 K and with a pressure from 0 to 35 MPa. Two Stirling cryocoolers is used to cool and pressurize ambient temperature helium to 20 K and 35 MPa in the helium supply system. Helium with 20K@35MPa is stored in the corresponding heat exchangers. Then helium in the heat exchangers can be provided for related experiments through the distribution system. A buffer tank and two pressure regulating valves that are automatically adjusted according to outlet pressure are adopted to meet the needs of different outlet pressures. The pre-cooling and insulation system of the pipeline ensures that the helium outlet temperature meets the requirements.
