Dual Mode Coordinated Control of Magnetic Suspension Flywheel Battery Based on Vehicle Driving Conditions Characteristics

In order to solve the problem of the lack of detailed analysis of the characteristics of the same vehicle driving condition in the existing studies, it is ignored that the stability of the flywheel battery system will change with the strength of the driving condition even under the influence of the same vehicle driving condition. Therefore, a dual mode coordinated control strategy according to the strong and weak vehicle driving conditions is proposed. Firstly, the dynamic characteristics of the flywheel under several typical vehicle driving conditions are analyzed. Then according to the corresponding curve fitting of acceleration and displacement deviation under different vehicle driving conditions, the intensity of vehicle driving conditions can be judged comprehensively, and therefore the concept of acceleration determination point is proposed. Then, based on the acceleration determination point and the analysis law, a dual-mode coordinated control strategy of flywheel battery is precisely designed. Finally, vehicle driving conditions experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively ensure the stability of vehicle flywheel battery system even under complex driving conditions.
