摘要
Hybrid converter is a promising scheme for current harmonic suppression in high-speed permanent magnet synchronous machine (HSPMSM) drive systems. Considering the limitations of using position sensors, a position sensorless drive for PMSM with hybrid converter is proposed, equipped with online inductance identification utilizing current ripple. The main contribution of this method is less computation and high steady-state position estimation accuracy. This method has two salient features: firstly, the estimated positions updated at different frequencies are achieved by a simple frequency-increasing method; secondly, by fully capitalizing on the hybrid frequency control strategy, a current ripple sampling mechanism is implemented without the need for additional sampling. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is validated by simulation and experimental results.
