Position Optimization Simulation of High Voltage Bushing Outlet Stress Cone Based on Simdroid Software

At present, high voltage bushing manufacturers mostly rely on historical experience in product design, which leads to unknown physical field quantification distribution of local insulation structure and lack of basis for high-precision structure optimization. In this paper, the simulation software Simdroid was used to establish a two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element mathematical model for the stress cone of the GIS bushings of 126 kV GIS bushing to simulate its working condition. This paper aims to adjust the height of the stress cone to minimize the maximum electric field strength inside the bushing. The simulation results show that the domestic software Simdroid can realize the electric field simulation analysis and optimization function of electrical equipment. The maximum electric field intensity of 126 kV GIS bushing stress cone is the minimum at 30 cm, which provides a reference for the structural adjustment and production design of GIS bushing stress cone.
