Vehicles Charging Using on the Go Wireless Power Transmission for Modern Cities.

There is an urgent need for disruptive innovation model, deployed in the field, related to sustainable energy and smart power sources that reduce the negative impact on climate. We propose a Wireless Power Transmission (WPT) system that is based on the existing innovation of solar power generation such as battery technology, IoT (internet of things) infrastructure and GaN (Gallium nitride). Our proposed design, that we developed and tested using a prototype design, has the capability to charge Electric Vehicles (EVs), specifically on go, i.e., while driving the car on roads. The deployed solar panel converts the sunlight into electrical energy. Then, the energy is wirelessly transmitted through a transmitter-circuit while the energy is received by a receiver-circuit based on Faraday's law of induction. The proposed design consists of four main subsystems, the first subsystem is designing the power supply, the WPT subsystem and the sensor subsystem circuit which includes LDRs and IR sensors. In this model, the received signals will be processed using an Arduino microcontroller subsystem.
