摘要
The contact properties of gear rough surfaces during meshing are influenced by various factors. The analysis of rough surface thermoelastoplastic hydrodynamic lubrication (TPEHL) considering micro-scale effect and thermal effect has not been addressed in the literature. This study establishes a new TEPHL model with multi-factor coupling of thermal field, fluid lubrication, stress-strain, and geometric profile. Based on strain gradient theory (SG), a new thermoelastoplastic material constitutive considering micro-scale effect is developed. Subsequently, the three-dimensional rough surface TPEHL-SG analysis of gear is conducted. The paper investigates the impact of thermal and micro-scale effects on various parameters during the meshing of gear in the full oil film lubrication condition, including surface pressure, oil film thickness, surface temperature, surface deformation, and friction coefficient.
