Aiming at the problem of low efficiency in the process of pear picking and processing, excessive investment of manpower, and easy damage of fruit affecting the income of fruit farmers, we designed a pear picking and comprehensive processing all-in-one machine with PLC as the core control module, combined with 3D printing technology, software design principle, mechanical design principle and photoelectric sensor. The machine realizes the three functions of cutting handle, removing the bag and netting for pears, which includes five mechanisms: conveying mechanism, handle cutting mechanism, bag tearing mechanism, bag blowing mechanism and netting mechanism. In the Mitsubishi GX Works2 software to complete the program writing and debugging, the results meet the requirements of the machine motion control.
