The hydraulic slide valve is an important hydraulic component in the hydraulic system, which is widely used in the aviation and rail transit fields. The hydraulic slide valve is very sensitive to oil contamination, often resulting in stuck due to increased levels of contamination, thus affecting the normal operation of the entire hydraulic system. Carrying out the reliability analysis and quantitative calculation research of the hydraulic slide valve stuck problem is of great significance to improve the reliability and safety of the hydraulic system. This paper develops a contamination clamping force calculation model to analyze the reliability of the slide valve. First, we model the process of contaminated particles forming filter cake sludge during internal leakage. Second, the thermal deformation during the normal operation of the slide valve is simulated based on COMSOL. The existing theory of contamination clamping force is improved by introducing thermal deformation as an influencing factor. Third, the reliability analysis and quantitative calculation are completed based on Monte Carlo principle.
