Evaluation of Transportation Logistics Development Based on Fuzzy Matter-Element Analysis: A Case Study of Heilongjiang Province.

With the development of social economy, logistics industry has gradually become the lifeline of national economy, and the scientific and reasonable evaluation of logistics development level is of great practical significance for regional economic development. This paper constructed the evaluation index system of logistics development level, and comprehensively analyzed the logistics development level of Heilongjiang Province from 2012 to 2020 by using fuzzy matter-element method and entropy value method. The results show that the development level of logistics in Heilongjiang Province shows a trend of gradual growth, but decreases under the influence of COVID-19. The investment in fixed assets, the construction of logistics infrastructure, the development of express business and the level of logistics informatization play an important role in logistics development. This paper scientifically evaluated the level of logistics development in Heilongjiang Province and provided a basis for government departments to improve logistics capacity.
