Analysis and design of refined community medical service system

Community medical works under the specific background of the family and the community, maintains a long-term relationship with patients, and provides convenient medical and health services for residents. The widespread development of community health care can make a more rational allocation of medical resources and alleviate the contradiction between difficult and expensive medical treatment. However, community health care is facing more residents and services, which require a more sophisticated medical service system to provide more detailed and comprehensive services. This paper uses software engineering ideas, analyses and designs a refined community service system, analyses the requirements of the medical service system, designs the overall functional architecture and functional modules of the system, analyses the tasks of each function in detail, and designs the workflow of the entire system. This kind of community medical service system can help residents understand the medical and health care knowledge at any time, consult online without leaving home, and make an appointment for community doctors to provide on-site services; It can help doctors set reminders according to past medical records and residents' health records, timely remind residents to go to hospital on time or remind doctors to provide medical services in time. Through this community medical service system, doctors can easily support the collection of medical information of community residents, strengthen the communication between community doctors and residents, remind doctors to actively serve residents, and support community medical centre can provide basic medical services to community residents and families for a long time.
