摘要
Due to nodes in the Internet of Medical Things are generally implemented in accessible, unsecured contexts, authentication of devices is crucial. In order to address hardware security issues in Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) networks, Physically Unclonable Function (PUF), a semiconductor fingerprinting, may be useful. This fingerprint may be used to produce keys for cryptography since it is based on the natural physical variations that occur during device manufacture. These variations are obtained by Challenge-Response Pairs and are created at random. However, the device’s reactions are affected by changes in outside factors such as moisture, temperature, aging, and fluctuations in voltage. The proposed design has its performance enhanced with 99.73 % reliability, 56.42 % uniformity, and 48.73 % uniqueness using an efficient error correction mechanism.
