摘要
As a generative space for people and ideas, the practices of the Curriculum Theory Project (CTP) at Louisiana State University embody the passion and possibilities of curriculum enactment for students’ understandings of themselves, others, and the world. Through a focus on dialogic interaction and active engagement, the speakers, workshops, conferences, and social gatherings provide, build, and extend community for CTP members. Education in this context is not housed in a university classroom, but takes place in the hallways, people’s homes, coffee houses, restaurants, bookstores, lunch tables, libraries, campfires - as spaces for the open exchange of views and reciprocal opportunities for learning. This chapter is a medley of reflections of CTP faculty and students, past and present, about their experiences in the CTP.
