摘要

•An equivalent welding model for roll-welded bellows is proposed.•Stress failure risk zone is located at the base metal position of the first wave trough of the bellows near the heat affected zone at the fixed end.•The fracture mode was two-way origin fatigue fracture.•The failure mechanism is transgranular fracture caused by fatigue.
