Elastic Adaptive Stability Control Technology of Launch Vehicle

China’s new generation of medium-sized launch vehicle has cancelled the ground vibration test. In order to adapt to the uncertain high frequency elastic influence of the rising stage of the launch vehicle, this paper studies the elastic stability control method based on Adaptive Augmenting Control (AAC). On the basis of the original control loops, two new loops are expanded: control parameters adaptive adjustment loop and disturbance estimation and compensation loop based on Extended State Observer (ESO). The adaptive adjustment of the gain and control network parameters are implemented by online identification of elastic energy. At the same time, combined with ESO interference estimation, feedback compensation control is carried out for the increase of control deviation caused by the decrease of the gain. Simulation experiments and rocket flight results show that this method can significantly enhance the adaptability of the rocket to the uncertain elasticity and improve the control quality of the rising stage of the rocket.
