Study on electro-thermal coupling characteristics of GIL and it fast calculation method

The calculation of multi-physical fields of power equipment is an important technology to support the digitization and the transparency of internal characteristics. The existing finite element simulation technology can't meet this demand. Therefore, this paper adopts the response surface method, which is driven by data to realize the fast analysis of GIL temperature distribution. The electro-thermal coupling simulation model is established to obtain the temperature field as the input data. The distribution characteristics of temperature field are calculated by response surface fitting. The results show that this method can quickly and effectively calculate the temperature field distribution of GIL. When the number of input data points is sufficient, the accuracy can be within 2%. The research results can provide reference and support for fast calculation of equipment, digital twin model construction and state early warning.
