Research on synchronous control technology of T-type electric drive/brake system test bench based on the cross-coupling control strategy

The T-type powertrain bench testing technology has developed rapidly, and the T-type test bench needs to perform rotational speed synchronous load control on the wheels on both sides of the coaxial wheel when simulating a straight line condition. In this paper, a dynamometer load control strategy based on cross-coupling structure is proposed for the target of speed synchronization control, which contains the sliding mode control module, the disturbance estimation module, and the speed synchronization module. Firstly, the simulation model is built in MATLAB/simulink environment, and on this basis, the cross-coupling synchronous controller is built. Finally, the effectiveness of the controller is verified by simulation of typical braking conditions.
