Las sanciones económicas como pilar de la política de Estados Unidos hacia Cuba a partir de 1959

For more than six decades, the United States government has built a broad, intricate and encompassing system of unilateral coercive measures with extraterritorial scope as one of the fundamental elements of its policy of regime change towards Cuba. Documents of that government show the importance attributed to these instruments from early times. The blockade against Cuba is strongly questioned from the ethics of international relations because it is morally unjustified and it has a negative impact on Cuba´s right to development.
