Study on a New Modeling Method for Primary Frequency Regulation of Ultra-Supercritical Thermal Power Units

This paper establishes the optimization model of primary frequency regulation for ultra supercritical thermal power units. On the one hand, a servo system model considering nonlinear factors is proposed, which improves the accuracy of modeling of primary frequency regulation; On the other hand, a variable parameter turbine model with error not varying with the unit load working point is proposed, which can maintain good accuracy and consistency in a wide range of deep peak load regulation intervals. Taking a 1000MW ultra supercritical unit as the research object, the SIMULINK optimization model of primary frequency regulation is established. Aiming at the valve position control mode and closed-loop CCS control mode of the unit, the active power step test and simulation analysis are carried out. The results show that compared with the traditional experimental modeling method, the simulation results of the primary frequency modulation optimization model designed in this paper meet the requirements of the unit calibration deviation value, and are in better agreement with the measured data.
