摘要
This is the first study to explore the effect of interpretation bias modification training app on the stress, anxiety and depression of working population, and evaluate its feasibility. The working people were divided into training group(TG) and control group(CG). The TG received positive interpretation bias modification training using an app on their smartphone. The training ;frequency is 3 to 5 times a week, 5 to 10 minutes each time. It takes about 2.5 months to 3 months to complete all 30 trainings. The CG was not trained The levels of stress, anxiety and depression were assessed before and after training. The completion rate and positive evaluation rate of the TG were calculated to evaluate the feasibility. Results: ①Stress: after training, there was a significant difference in the amount of change between the TG and the CG. ② Anxiety: after training, the anxiety score of the TG decreased significantly, while that of the CG did not change significantly. ③ Depression: after training, the depression score of the TG did not change significantly, while that of the CG increased significantly. ④ To the TG, the training completion rate was 62.22%, and the positive evaluation rate was 62.96%, indicating that the training method is feasible. Conclusion: Interpretation bias modification training app can reduce the stress, anxiety and depression and improve the mental health level of working population. This method is feasible and worth popularizing.
