The self-regulation of learning in the process of training the industrial engineer

摘要
The objective of the work focuses on developing a model for the self-regulation of learning, in the stu-dents of the Industrial Engineering in Cuban universi-ties, structured in objectives, principles, dimensions and indicators and a methodology for its application from the stages of diagnosis, evaluation and con-trol. Its application includes the construction and validation of a tool that allows diagnosing the pro-cess, associated with the determination of a global, individual and collective indicator, which facilitates a systematic self-evaluation in students. Its implemen-tation throughout, contributes to determine the po-tentialities and limitations of the educational teaching process and propose actions aimed at its improve-ment. The results of the study allow us to point out that the process of self-regulation of learning cons-titutes an effective form of teaching as an effective and proven practice that allows the improvement of the training process as a whole.
