A novel magnetically integrated DC-DC converter based on buck topology is proposed in this paper. By using the input-output coupling inductors instead of the output inductor of the traditional Buck converter, the power density is improved. The input current ripple is reduced by adding a branch with a coupling inductor and a coupling capacitor. In addition, a linear nonlinear cooperative control method is proposed to improve the dynamic response. In this paper, the small signal model and the optimization design of magnetic integration of this topology are analyzed in detail, and a prototype with output power of 30W is developed. In this paper, the static characteristics of the new magnetic integrated Superbuck topology are compared with the other two topologies on the simulation platform, and the dynamic characteristics of the new magnetic integrated Superbuck under the two control modes are compared on the simulation and physical platform. The simulation and experimental results prove the effectiveness of the converter and control mode.
