Investigation and Analysis on Scientific Research Innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry in Shandong Province

Objective The research and innovation status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) industry in Shandong province was investigated, and the existing problems and influencing factors in TCM research were sorted out, so as to provide reference for further improving the scientific research level and promoting the high-quality development of TCM industry in Shandong Province. Methods Randomly selected researchers in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in our province, and investigated the current situation of scientific research by questionnaire. A database was established and SPSS software was used for quantitative statistical description analysis and qualitative analysis of the scale. Results The CR value of each item in the item analysis ranged from 3.290 to 12.737, indicating that each item in the scale had good differentiation; In the reliability analysis, the Cronbach's coefficient 0.739 has good overall reliability and stability; The content validity index was 0.93, the KMO value was 0.829, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 77.791%. The validity test of the scale was ideal, indicating that the questionnaire survey was meaningful for analysis. Conclusion The level of TCM research personnel is reasonable, and the training of scientific research personnel should be strengthened. Need to increase financial support; Scientific research output is imbalanced, and there is a gap in the transformation of achievements.
