摘要
It is known that disorders of emotional regulation play a pathogenic role in the development of cardiovascular diseases and can affect the dynamics of the quality of life of such patients. The ability to understand and avoid negative emotions that induce stress is considered as a component of emotional intelligence. In this regard, we considered the ratio of the components of emotional intelligence, anxiety and self-assessment of the state of health according to the questionnaire of the quality of life of patients in a cardiology clinic. It has been shown that the dominance of positive emotions in the self-assessment of emotional regulation of behavior both in terms of emotional expression and the ratio of positive and negative emotions during their perception contributes to better indicators of self-assessment of the quality of life of patients whereas their decrease associate with an increase in such components of emotional intelligence as negative expression, empathy adversity and empathy. The positive relationship of these components of emotional intelligence with indicators of anxiety with negative - with the expression of positive emotions in people with coronary heart disease indicates a unidirectional negative impact on the state of health of those personal characteristics that reflect increased emotional reactivity to life events with a tendency to their negative emotional assessment.
