Fusion of INSAR and BDS for Subsidence Deformation Monitoring in Mining Areas: Sistem and Kalman Filtering Method

InSAR and BDS technologies are effective techniques for subsidence deformation monitoring in mining areas, and the fusion of them can take their respective advantages to improve the deformation monitoring accuracy. In the existing SISTEM method, only the spatial correlation between the monitoring point data and its surrounding point data is considered, ignoring the time series characteristics. To address this problem, this paper proposes a subsidence deformation monitoring method based on SISTEM and Kalman filtering. Using the assumption of uniform motion to establish the state equation of the temporal deformation of the monitoring point, we can obtain the deformation prediction value. By combining the SISTEM method to establish the measurement equation, using the InSAR and BDS observations to correct the deformation prediction value, the final fused temporal deformation monitoring value can be calculated. The experiment is carried out in a coal mine, and the results show that our proposed method improves the spatial and temporal resolution and the accuracy of deformation monitoring.
