This article comprehensively discusses the current research status of finite element technology at home and abroad and the related content of body frame structure optimization technology. According to the working conditions of the body frame, the full-load bending working state and the full-load torsion working state of the four-wheel low-speed electric vehicle are selected, and the response is simulated and analyzed by the finite element method. Analyze the model in a static state to obtain an analysis of the stress state and total deformation results. The modal analysis of the car body frame yields a 6-order vibration order diagram, which directly reflects the dynamic performance of the frame structure. Although the vibration cannot be eliminated, the vibration generated by the frame can hardly resonate with the natural frequency of the frame.
