摘要
The paper presents the results of an analysis of the impact of fitting the rotor and generator characteristics of a small wind turbine to the Weibull wind speed distribution. For testing purposes, three theoretical characteristics of wind turbines differing in the location of the nominal point were adopted. It was assumed that the shape of the rotor characteristics corresponded to the shape of the mechanical characteristics of developed switched reluctance generators. The maximum power of the rotors was obtained at given wind speeds. The studies were carried out using simulation methods. All generator simulation models adopted for the tests were based on the same magnetic circuits and differed only in the parameters of their windings. As a result, energy performance for various rotor-generator configurations was calculated and the radii of the rotors were determined to obtain the required nominal power.
