摘要
•The biodistribution of CMIT/MIT was assessed using a 14C-labeled radiotracer.•After exposure via the inhalation routes, CMIT/MIT is rapidly distributed to the lungs.•Intratracheal exposure induces greater lung damage than intranasal instillation.•The amount of CMIT/MIT in the lungs is positively associated with the toxicity.
