摘要
In the design of permanent magnet synchronous motors, the residual degree technique is used to improve the reliability of motor operation. In this paper, to solve the problem of single-phase, two-phase or three-phase short-circuit faults in the winding of a dual-redundancy permanent magnet synchronous motors(DRPMSM), a variational modal decomposition(VMD)method is proposed to use the energy information of the intrinsic modal component(IMF)of the non-faulty winding phase current signal as the fault feature vector. By splitting the stator winding and changing the control circuit, a finite element model of motor short-circuit fault based on the joint simulation of Ansys and Simulink is constructed. Finally, a genetic algorithm is used for fault diagnosis, while a support vector machine(GA-SVM)fault diagnosis model based on a genetic algorithm is established and analyzed for fault samples. The results show that the diagnosis is accurate and reliable, and the effectiveness of the method is verified.
