Development and validation of a novel LC-MS/MS method for simultaneous quantitative determination of tyrosine kinase inhibitors in human plasma

•A novel LC-MS/MS method for the quantification of ceritinib, osimertinib, and crizotinib in human plasma.•A single-step protein precipitation was adopted in this method, which was free of matrix effect.•The method can be used for analyzing serum samples and is also a hemolysis and lipemia “insensitive” method.•The run time of 4.0 min was relatively shorter than previous methods.•The method is sensitive, time- and energy- efficient, providing an analytical tool for routine TDM.
