A Model for Calculating Power Supply Emission Factors in Various Regions of a Province

With the proposal of the dual carbon target, the traditional thermal power plant power generation has been unable to meet the requirements of carbon emission reduction, and the need to build a new power system with new energy as the main body is imminent. Accurate accounting of carbon emission factors in various regions is the premise of constructing new power system. Therefore, this paper establishes a calculation model which can accurately calculate the power supply emission factor in each region of the province. The consumed electric quantity of the region to be sought and the generating capacity of the region are related to the exchanged electric quantity of other regions and the exchanged electric quantity of the main network with 500kV and above. According to the known data and assuming reasonable boundary conditions, the electricity consumption in this region is calculated. The carbon emission factor of the region is calculated according to the power grid carbon emission accounting method through the region's electricity consumption. The application of the calculation model is also analyzed when the calculation area is within each decoupled region in the province. A typical prefecture-level city B in a province is taken as an example to verify the accuracy of the model.
