Most of the modern-day industries like food processing, steam power plants, etc. are explicitly powered in conjunction with prime movers that generate steam or compressed air. The perverse of the prime movers persist on their obligation of frequent fuel loading, thus performed in conjunction with only with man’s workforce. The complied manpower when detected at the same time employed produce tenacious thoracic and lumbar bend angles intending to develop and inculcate musculoskeletal disorders. The assessment of the stance utilized by the workers is critical and crucial in the evaluation and risk prevention at spinal and vertebrae. This article delivers the ergonomic assessment of manpower at the fuel dumping by victimization methods acknowledged as RULA (Rapid Upper Body Assessment) and REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) and affords a proposal of low expenditure to enhance the competence and proficiency of the manpower and lessen the prospects of musculoskeletal disorders.
