摘要
The wide torque ripple of BLDC machines is a major drawback that restricts their use in dynamic performance for motor speed drives. Average torque control algorithm and a fuzzy logic technique are used in this investigation. The torque ripple mitigation mechanism is the focus of this proposed research for a brushless DC motor detecting the back electromotive force (EMF). To produce the excitation field rotor position exploring the information, no sophisticated observer is required. Hall effect sensors are not used in this system to determine the rotor direction; instead, the voltage and current are taken as the feedback. MATLAB/Simulink is used to simulate the proposed method. The results of simulations show that the proposed approach is capable of reducing torque ripples, major lower harmonics, and increasing device stability.
