摘要
In this paper, a high speed and precision scanning galvanometer motor control system based on FPGA+DSP co-processing architecture is designed. This paper first analyzed the working principle of the system. Then the hardware design of the system is introduced in detail, including the main control circuit, power conversion circuit, signal processing circuit and motor drive circuit. Finally, the experiment was carried out, the experimental results prove that the system is stable and reliable. The co-processing architecture based on FPGA+DSP effectively reduced the volume and power consumption of the control system, and improved the control speed and precision.
