Challenges and Issues of Working Women in 21st Century

This research is all about how women are facing difficulties to do job in corporate sector or corporate world and what measures will take place in future to reduced or overcome all the issues within the organization only. According to research there are some basic issues are their related to the safety, and harassment with the women who are working in the corporate sector, sometimes women are whiling to do the job in corporate sector due the above issues they are not doing 51.4% women are agreed that fell unsafe in the organization. And on the other side 40.7% women are agreed that they are not getting any kind of the appreciation while perform their activity in the organization and 73.6% women are agreed there is an inequality is present in the organization. Now it is a high time that government should make strict rules and regulation related to the safety of the women how are working in the corporate sector.
