摘要
A field experiment was carried out at Agronomy farm, S.K.N. College of Agriculture, Jobner (Rajasthan) during kharif, 2020 on loamy sand soil. Results revealed that application of PROM equivalent to 40 kg P2O5/ha significantly enhanced the growth attributes of cowpea viz., plant height, number of branches/plant, dry matter accumulation at 50 DAS and at harvest over preceding levels. It also recorded significantly higher seed, straw and biological yields (1099, 2495 and 3500 kg/ha) over lower levels. Results further showed that plant height, number of branches/plant, dry matter accumulation, number of pods/plant, seeds/pod, test weight, seed, straw and biological yields increased significantly with the application of PSB + VAM. Application of PROM equivalent to 40 kg P2O5/ha combined with dual phosphatic inoculation of PSB + VAM (P40IPV) was the most superior treatment combination for improving number of pods/plant, seed (1230 kg/ha), straw and biological yields.
