This article firstly established the mathematical model of the system and the flow equation of the radial piston pump based on the composition of the hydraulic power generation test bench, and theoretically analyzed the factors affecting the dynamic characteristics and pulsation characteristics of the system. Then, based on the method of power bond graph, the simulation model of the radial piston pump and hydraulic system was constructed using AMESim, and the influence of pump speed, load, oil temperature, and pipeline length on pressure pulsation was studied, and comprehensive simulation analysis and analysis were performed. Compared. Considering the feasibility of the optimization of the test bench, this paper proposes a pressure pulsation suppression method that uses parallel accumulators and dual pumps at the pump discharge port to work in parallel. The simulation model is improved and the optimization method is verified. Next, the pressure sensor was used to collect signals, and based on the original monitoring system, the pulsation signal was observed and recorded, which verified the correctness of the simulation analysis and the effect of the pulsation suppression method.
