摘要
Objective:To explore the change of 24-hour urine micro-albumin level of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods:Twenty-two normal pregnant women(control group) and sixty-one patients(including 27 patients with mild preeclampsia and 34 patients with severe preeclampsia) with HDCP from July 2010 to October 2011 were selected;rate nephelometry was used to detect the levels of 24-hour urine micro-protein and micro-albumin.Results:The levels of 24-hour urine micro-albumin in patients with mild and severe HDCP were statistically significantly higher than that in normal pregnant women(P0.001);compared with patients with mild HDCP,the level of 24-hour urine micro-albumin in patients with severe HDCP increased significantly(P0.001);the positive rates of 24-hour urine micro-albumin and micro-protein in patients with severe HDCP were 97.10% and 100.00%,respectively;while in the patients with mild HDCP,the positive rates were 81.50% and 55.56%,respectively.Conclusion:The levels of 24-hour urine micro-albumin and micro-protein in patients with HDCP increase significantly with aggravation of the disease, the positive rate of 24-hour urine micro-albumin in patients with mild HDCP is higher than that of 24-hour urine micro-protein,monitoring 24-hour urine micro-albumin has important significance for early diagnosis and prognosis of mild HDCP.
