Uso de ontología para la creación de objetos virtuales de aprendizaje accesibles

This paper presents an educational proposal for university level where the ontology is used to create accessible virtual learning objects. The ontology allows a formal description of specific domain concepts, establishing relationships and constraints between those concepts. Through Protege, the basic concepts of a domain can be recorded and the ontology edited. The LMS platform (Learning Managemen System) used is Atutor for managing the contents and activities of the departments of university education. It is necessary to innovate educational practices, consider that cell phones are easily accessible resources for students  and motivate them to use the latest technologies to achieve meaningful learning anywhere and at any time, which allows a design from a constructivist pedagogy. It is a new way of visualizing the possibilities of using technology to reduce the dropout rate.
