El territorio del Alto Guadiana: el agua como conflicto, el conflicto como recurso

espanolEsta contribucion propone una nueva lectura del conflicto del agua en el territorio del Alto Guadiana, donde podria parecer a simple vista que ya esta todo dicho. A partir del analisis cualitativo de discursos, en aplicacion de la teoria fundamentada, se discute la funcion territorial del conflicto bajo un enfoque political ecology que aporta explicaciones a su permanencia desde decadas y que permite cuestionar ideas preconcebidas sobre el conflicto como disfuncion social.Este ejercicio pone en evidencia el desfase entre lo que se dice y lo que se vive sobre el conflicto por la comunidad del conocimiento del agua y los otros actores del territorio, revelando los mecanismos que transforman el conflicto en un recurso territorial gracias a una dinamica positiva del fracaso de las soluciones propuestas y a las ventajas que el mantenimiento del conflicto procura al conjunto de la sociedad del Alto Guadiana. EnglishThis contribution proposes a new reading of the water conflict in the Alto Guadiana territory, where it might seem at first sight that everything has already been said. From the qualitative analysis of discourses in application of the grounded theory method, the territorial function of the conflict is discussed under a social geography approach, reflexive constructivist or neo-materialist, that provides explanations for its permanence for decades. This paper allows to question preconceived ideas about the conflict as a social dysfunction. This exercise highlights the gap between what is said and what is lived about the conflict by the water knowledge community and the other actors of the territory. It reveals the mechanisms that transform the conflict into a territorial resource thanks to a positive dynamic of the failure of the proposed solutions and the advantages that the maintenance of the conflict provides to the whole of Alto Guadiana society.
