Síntesis de meso-tetrafenilporfirina y su complejación con metales usando química verde

espanolEn este trabajo se describe la preparacion del ligando meso-tetrafenilporfirina y de tres de sus complejos metalicos, preparados por reaccion con sales de Ni(II), Cu(II) y Zn(II), mediante procedimientos sinteticos enmarcados en la llamada «Quimica Verde». Los mejores resultados para la preparacion del ligando se obtuvieron por reaccion en fase gas de los reactivos, benzaldehido y pirrol, sin necesidad de anadir disolvente ni catalizador. En el caso de los complejos metalicos, el uso de irradiacion por microondas permitio un acceso facil y eficiente a los mismos. Los compuestos sintetizados fueron caracterizados mediante tecnicas espectroscopicas: UV-Vis, espectrofluorometria y resonancia magnetica nuclear. EnglishThis work describes the preparation of meso-tetraphenylporphyrin ligand and three of its metal complexes, prepared by reaction with Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) salts by synthetic procedures framed in the so-called «Green Chemistry». The best results for the preparation of the ligand were obtained by reaction in gas phase of the reactants, benzaldehyde and pyrrole, without the need to add solvent or catalyst. In the case of metal complexes, the use of microwave irradiation allowed easy and efficient access to them. The synthesized compounds were characterized by spectroscopic techniques: UV-Vis, spectrofluorometry and nuclear magnetic resonance.
